These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through our website and services provided by Limitless Aesthetics & Training Ltd. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms.
Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased through our website can be redeemed against eligible treatments and services at Limitless Salon.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They must be redeemed within this 12-month period.
If only part of the gift card balance is used, the remaining balance can be used towards another eligible treatment or service before the original expiry date. The expiry date is not extended when part of the balance is redeemed.
Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will expire and cannot be redeemed.
Gift cards:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
- Can be used as full or part payment towards eligible treatments and services.
- Are subject to appointment availability and our usual booking policies.
- Should be kept safe. If a gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission, we may only be able to replace or restore it where we can verify the original purchase and remaining balance.
Purchasing a gift card does not guarantee the recipient is suitable for a particular treatment. Some treatments require a consultation, patch test or suitability assessment before they can be carried out.
If the recipient is unsuitable for their chosen treatment, the value of the gift card may be used towards another eligible treatment or service, subject to the gift card’s original expiry date.
Appointments
Purchasing a gift card does not automatically reserve an appointment.
Appointments must be booked separately and are subject to availability.
Certain treatments may require a consultation, patch test or suitability assessment before treatment.
Our normal salon booking, cancellation, late-arrival and no-show policies apply to appointments paid for using a gift card.
Online Orders, Collection & Delivery
Customers are responsible for ensuring the information supplied when placing an order is complete and accurate.
Where Local Pickup is selected at checkout, the order can be collected from Limitless Salon once it is ready for collection.
Where delivery is selected, the order will be sent to the delivery address provided at checkout.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
Prices & Payments
Prices displayed on our website are shown in pounds sterling (£).
Where VAT is applicable, prices will be displayed inclusive of VAT.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Orders are not considered complete until payment has been successfully authorised.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Your cancellation and refund rights may vary depending on whether you have purchased goods, services or a gift card and whether any service has already been provided or the gift card has been redeemed.
Where you have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase, you should contact us as soon as possible.
Once a gift card has been partially or fully redeemed, cancellation or refund rights may be affected.
Our normal salon cancellation and booking policies apply when an appointment is made using a gift card.
Treatment Suitability
The purchase of a treatment or gift card does not guarantee that a particular treatment can be provided.
Some treatments may not be suitable for everyone. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment where our practitioner considers it inappropriate or unsafe.
Where appropriate, customers may be required to complete consultation forms, disclose relevant information and/or undergo a patch test before treatment.
